CoreWatch provides cloud infrastructure observability, synthetic HTTP/TCP availability checks, proactive SSL/TLS certificate lifetime auditing, and software contract expiration governance.
Our order process and payment processing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for all our orders, handling customer service inquiries, taxes, and returns.
Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual tiers) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or via Lemon Squeezy customer portal without cancellation fees.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if the service does not meet your operational requirements. To request a refund, contact us at alertas@getcorewatch.com within 14 days of purchase.
CoreWatch strives to maintain a 99.98% operational uptime across its monitoring fleet. Maintenance windows and third-party upstream network failures are excluded from downtime calculations.
